Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions: | – Customer service: Answering customer questions and greeting and escorting visitors within the building and around campus – Event Planning: Assist with campus events in Mountaineer Information Center – Managing Food Pantry: Assist with receiving and packing items, unloading food, stocking/organizing shelves, and maintaining cleanliness. – Administrative: Perform general clerical duties, this includes but is not limited to on-campus deliveries, photocopying, filing, computer work, typing, data entry, answering the telephone, directing calls, and mail pick-up and dissemination. – Mail Distribution: Assisting with shipping and receiving mail to and from the – Office Inventory – Labeling, counting, updating/maintaining records and sorting supplies for Regional Outreach & Innovation (ROI) and Info Center. |
Minimum Qualifications: | Enrolled at EOU for a minimum of six (6) credits; In good academic standing |
Preferred Qualifications: | Previous customer service experience; EOU general knowledge of campus, departments, and resources. |
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: | – Demonstratable interpersonal and customer service skills with faculty, staff, students, and the public – Professional work ethic and independent time management skills – Detail-oriented on various tasks and projects |
