Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions: | – Respond to student and staff emails professionally. – File and organize electronic and physical documents. – Assist with copying and processing financial reports and forms. – Help maintain a structured and efficient office environment. |
Minimum Qualifications: | – Current or following-term undergraduate enrollment of at least 6 credits/graduate enrollment of 9 credits. – Must be in good academic standing (GPA 2.0 or higher). – Passing a background check pending employment offer. – Completion of Accounting 211. – Basic Excel skills (no expectation of using formulas). – Knowledge of word processing using Microsoft Office. – Prior customer service experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: | – Demonstration of communication skills both written and verbal with a friendly and positive demeanor. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. – Experience with basic office equipment and computer applications. – Experience using 10 Key. |
