Service Request (Maintenance Connection)

Submitting a Facilities Service Request

The Facilities and Planning department uses Maintenance Connection software for all routine campus service requests.

To request any of the services provided by Facilities and Planning, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the EOU OneLogin Portal using your EOU Mountie-Pass credentials.
2. Click on the “Facilities Ticketing System” button.
3. Complete the web form. Please include building, office number, location, issue, urgency, and any other pertinent details we’ll need in order to work on your ticket.
