How to access Financial Aid on Webster

Login to Mountie Hub from the my EOU portal.

If you are having trouble logging in, please refer to the MountiePass and Webster instructions on the EOU Knowledge Base.

Or download the EOU Mobile Application ( Ellucian Go)

Open the Ellucian Go App Menu.

Select, “My.EOU Portal.”

Select, “Webster.”

On both the computer and in the mobile app:

Select “Student Services & Financial Aid,”

then “Financial Aid,”

and then “My Award Information.”

Next, choose “Award for Aid Year,”

and then “Select Aid Year.”

After selecting AY, return and submit.

Click on the tab, “Accept Award Offer.”

Scroll down and submit decision.

Under Student Services and Financial Aid, you can view your award information by selecting the links in the following order:

• Financial Aid
• My Award Information
• Accept Award Offer by Aid Year

Select the aid year and it will take you to your award information. Once you are in the “Accept Award Offer by Aid Year” section, you will be able to accept all, or part of the funds offered. Any grants that you are offered are automatically accepted. If you have already accepted or declined your aid, and wish to change your mind, you will need to contact the Financial Aid Office.

If you are taking Federal Direct Loans out for the first time at Eastern Oregon University, you will need to complete a master promissory note and entrance counseling. You can view your requirements in Webster, or you can go directly to StudentLoans.gov to complete them.
