The Board of Trustees of Eastern Oregon University will hold its annual retreat on Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, from 2:15 to 5 p.m. and Thursday, August 9, 2022, from 8 a.m. to noon.  The meeting will take place at the SAGE Center, 101 Olson Rd NE, Boardman, Oregon. 

The public is invited to attend in person. The meeting can also be viewed remotely via livestream and a recording of the meeting will be available for viewing following the meeting. Livestream and recordings can be accessed from the Board webpage: https://www.eou.edu/governance/livestream-meetings/.

Written comments or requests to give oral comments must be received by 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2022. Written comments may be submitted electronically to board@eou.edu or mailed to the Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretary at One University Blvd, Inlow Hall 216, La Grande, OR, 97850. Written comments received by the deadline will be shared with the trustees prior to the meeting.

Requests to give oral comments, remotely by zoom or in person, must be submitted via the Board Public Comment Request Form. An email response will be sent with further details.  Oral public comment can only be given during the public comment section of the meeting, scheduled from 2:15 to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, 2022.
