Governance Committee Meeting, January 26, 2022

The Board of Trustees of Eastern Oregon University will hold a regular meeting of its Governance Committee on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, from 12:10 to 1:50 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Dixie Lund Board Room, Inlow Hall 201, on the campus of Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, OR, with an option for trustees to attend remotely by Zoom. The public is invited to attend in person. The meeting can also be viewed remotely via livestream and a recording of the meeting will be available for viewing following the meeting. Written comment or requests to give oral comment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the meeting start time. Written comment may be submitted electronically to board@eou.edu or mailed/delivered to the Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretary at One University Blvd, Inlow Hall 216, La Grande, OR, 97850.  Written comment received by the deadline will be shared with the trustees prior to the meeting.

Oral public comment will be received during the public comment section of the meeting as scheduled on the agenda and can be delivered in person or remotely via Zoom. Requests to give oral comment must be submitted to board@eou.edu.  Please specify if you will address the board in person or remotely and include a contact phone number.  An email response with further details will be sent to you.
