General Room Information

This classroom seats 56 students.

• Please keep the room volume at reasonable levels to respect your neighbors and prevent blowing room speakers.
• Please turn off the room TV/projector after use.
• Please contact the Help Desk at (541) 962-3111 or helpdesk@eou.edu if any batteries (wireless keyboard & remotes) need replacing or if you are having technical issues.

Ackerman 210 Tips & Tricks

• To turn on the Projector, the green power button on the Sony branded remote
• Kramer Remote Input/Source key:
  • HDMI 1 – Apple TV
  • HDMI 2 – Clear Touch
  • HDMI 3 – Document Cam
  • HDMI 4 – External Laptop
  • DP 2 – PC
• DO NOT use the lower row of buttons on the Kramer switcher – they will display a Picture in Picture (PIP) of that source on top of your desired display
• The ClearTouch DOES NOT display the PC, Document Cam, or other sources.
• The monitor and projector always show the SAME (Mirrored) input

To View The Computer Display

• Turn on the computer, if on, press any key to exit sleep mode
• Press the PC button on the Switcher or DP 2 on the top half of the Kramer Remote.
• To adjust sound use the stereo mixer in desk cabinet, use “PC” slider as well as “main” slider

To View The ClearTouch Device

• Turn on ClearTouch with the power button on the front.
• Press the Touch Screen button on the switcher or HDMI 2 on the top of half of the Kramer Remote.
• To adjust sound use the stereo mixer in desk cabinet, use “PC” slider as well as “main” slider

To View The Document Cam

• Turn on the Epson Camera with the power button on top.
• Press the DOC CAM button on the Switcher or HDMI 3 on the top half of the Kramer Remote.

To View The Laptop Display (Or Other External HDMI Source)

• Attach HDMI cable on the lectern to a laptop or another source.
• Turn on a laptop or another source.
• Press the LAPTOP button on the Switcher or HDMI 4 on the top half of the Kramer Remote.
