General Room Information

This classroom seats 150 students. The lecture hall is also equipped with a Blu-ray player, document camera, and special lighting bays.

To Use the Blu-ray player

• Press 3 on the Kramer switch to connect the Laptop to the projector (located in the desk cabinet)
• To turn on the sound, flick the red switch right of the wall cabinet Sound Power
• To adjust sound use the stereo mixer in the desk cabinet, use PC knob as well as the Master knob
• The Samsung monitor located on the desk will mirror what is on the projection screen

To Use The Elmo Document Camera

• Unfold the Elmo Document Camera lamps
• Unfold the Elmo Document Camera
• Turn the power on (located top right corner, gray switch)
• Press the Computer button on the Epson projector remote
• Press 4 on the Kramer switch to connect the Elmo Document Camera to the projector (located in desk cabinet)
• The Samsung monitor located on the desk will mirror what is on the projection screen

How To Use The BH 102 Room Lighting

• Find a box that says Lighting Controls
• Only zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 have functions, the rest don’t control anything
• Zone 1 is for “Track lights” located right above the projector screen (rather pointless and for the most part or completely off)
• Zone 2 is for the general areas can lights (always leave these on)
• Zone 3 is for the cover area lights, these lights are the brightest and it is recommended you have these off during videos
• Zone 4 is for the spotlights above the desk (leave these on)
• Zone 6 is for the aisles (leave these on)

• Please keep the room volume at reasonable levels to respect your neighbors and prevent blowing room speakers.
• Please turn off the room TV/projector after use.
