General Room Information

This classroom seats 60 students. It also has an ELMO document camera, a DVD player, and a Mac Mini.

To Use The PC

• Make sure classroom projector is set to HDMI
• Press the “1” Input button on the Kramer switcher for 2-3 seconds.
• Make sure the HARMAN A/V Receiver is set to “Tape”
•  Control the sound through the HARMAN Switch 

To Use The Mac Mini

• Make sure classroom projector is set to HDMI
• Press the “2” Input button on the Kramer switcher for 2-3 seconds.
• Make sure the HARMAN A/V Receiver is set to “Tape”
•  Control the sound through the HARMAN Switch 

To Use a Laptop

• Make sure projector is powered on
• Attach HDMI cable on top of podium 
• Press the “4” Input button on the Kramer switcher for 2-3 seconds.
• Laptop user should be familiar with own display functions

To Use The Elmo Document Camera

• Make sure classroom projector is set to HDMI.
• Press the “5” Input button on the Kramer switcher for 2-3 seconds.
• Make sure the arm and camera are extended and turn power on (On = Blue, Off = Red).
• Use “+” to zoom in and “-” to zoom out.
• Use “AF” to auto focus.
• Ensure input on Elmo is set to “RGB”
• Please remember to power off the camera.

• Please keep the room volume at reasonable levels to respect your neighbors and prevent blowing room speakers.
• Please turn off the room TV/projector after use.
