Snowshoe Tour at Andie’s Prairie

Snowshoeing is a great way to move through the winter landscape and take in the beautiful sights in our local Blue Mountains. This is also an opportunity to meet new friends and build community. Transportation and snow shoe equipment provided. Students can also rent winter apparel from the OAP.

OAP Spring Break Trip to Southern Utah
Location: San Rafael Swell & Moab, Utah
When: March 23 – 29, 2025
Cost: $225 – includes food, transportation, & equipment rental
Fitness Level: Moderate-Strenuous
If you have never been to Southern Utah prepare to be amazed! This is a mesmerizing and unique landscape full of glorious red rock canyons, gorgeous spires and pinnacles, tantalizing desert panoramas, and ancient dwellings and artifacts.
The trip involves a four-day backpacking trip through the heart of the San Rafael Swell and a day of exploring Arches National Park and Moab. You’ll be immersed in deep canyons and soaring vistas. This is a trip of a lifetime!
All of the equipment you need will be supplied by the OAP rental shop and the cost includes gear rental, food, and transportation. The trip is through remote desert backcountry and requires participants carry a 20-30 lb. backpack for 5-6 miles a day. This is a fantastic trip for all your friends to join in on with all the planning and guiding done by seasoned OAP leaders with decades of experience leading groups in remote backcountry settings.
