Web Time Entry (WTE) is a web-based application that collects time and attendance information for all EOU employees (Staff, Faculty & Students) in Mountie Hub. This process replaces paper timesheets.
All EOU employees (Staff, Faculty & Students) are responsible for entering and submitting their hours worked every pay period.
Supervisors are responsible for approving the hours worked. Once the supervisor has approved the hours, the employee’s hours are automatically loaded into the payroll process for payment. Supervisors are also responsible for sending their new employees to the Payroll office to ensure they get their paperwork completed so they have a digital timesheet in Web Time Entry created and ready for them to record their hours.
EOU Faculty & Administrative ProfessionalsThese employees are responsible for submitting them to their supervisor by the 5th of the month IF any leave was taken.
EOU Classified StaffFull-time employees will be responsible for submitting timesheets to their supervisor by the 5th of the following month.
Example: A classified timesheet for the month of March is due by April 5th. Leave balances for March will reflect on April’s paycheck. Part-time employees submit their Web Time Entry timesheet in Mountie Hub to their supervisor by the 15th of the month.
EOU Student Employees, Hourly Resource Employees, and Part-Time Classified EmployeesEOU student employees, hourly resource employees, and part-time classified employees are responsible for entering their time in Mountie Hub and submitting their timesheets to their supervisor by the 15th of every month.
