Rails-with-Trail ToolBox
Welcome to our Toolbox! The information in this toolbox is designed to help assist other small communities or groups who are considering building a multi-use trail in their area.
Mission Statement:
The overall mission of the Eastern Oregon University (EOU) Rail-with-Trail Toolbox is to provide other non-profit groups with an outline for conducting a feasibility study and drafting a concept plan to assess the idea of developing a trail. Following the specific outline that we have created will generate the information needed to complete a full analysis of building a multi-use trail in other small communities across the country.
Vision Statement:
Our vision for the EOU Rails-with-Trails Toolbox is to see other small and rural communities use the outline that we have created to assess the impact of building a multi-use trail of their own.
