Students are not always perfect and are still undergoing the learning process, therefore having advisors to look to for guidance is a huge resource that is helpful in producing a successful project. This review committee should typically consist of people who are experts in their field as well as have some sort of economic or business background or whatever subject may pertain to your research. Having another set of eyes on the final product will only improve your results.
