Summer 2024 Dates & Deadlines

Summer registration begins May 2nd

Book vouchers are available in May

Summer term starts Monday June 24th

Financial Aid Release to EOU Student Accounts in July

Grades are due in Registrar’s Office by NOON Monday Sept 9th

Official grades will be available Tuesday Sept 10th at noon

10 week online summer courses June 24th – August 30th

The last day to add a summer class in Mountie Hub is June 28th

Drop refund schedule;

• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday June 28th get 100% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday July 5th get 85% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday July 12th get 50% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday July 19th get 25% tuition refund

Friday July 19th is the last day for ‘changing grading mode’ (graded to pass/fail)

Friday August 9th is the last day to withdraw from an individual summer course(s) (by 5:00 pm)

August 30th is the last day to withdrawal from EOU (all courses) (by 5:00 pm) and the last day to add a course via Dean’s approval (by 5:00 pm)

Finals week is September 3rd – September 6th (No finals Monday September 2nd – Labor Day Holiday)

Summer Term Ends September 6th

MAT summer courses

EOU regular MAT 6 week courses ~ 7/29/2024 – 9/6/2024

• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday August 9th to get 100% tuition refund
